Starting a family is a difficult decision, but finding out that you’re not able to get pregnant is beyond heartbreaking. This couple went through a challenging time trying to get pregnant. They shared their story with me and has allowed me to share it with you.
Mari and Brian tied the knot in 2010 and welcomed their daughter into the world in 2018. Mari shared that after they discovered she couldn’t get pregnant naturally, they consulted with their doctors and decided on IVF after 4 failed IUIs and other complications. Thankfully they were given the wonderful news that the one IVF procedure worked and that she was pregnant! Imagine the feeling of years and years of trying, to finally become parents. The love and care that they put into their daughter is so beautiful that it pours through these photos. We decided to do an outdoor shoot in Oak Glen, CA. Apple season hadn’t started yet and we knew we’d have the place mostly to ourselves.
It’s been so long since I’ve seen Mari, but spotting them was quite easy. All I did was looked for a happy couple with a beautiful baby girl. Mari and Brian prepared all the props they wanted for Aurora. Working with them was so seamless. They knew my style and I knew theirs. Baby Aurora was just happy to be outside, seeing the great outdoors and enjoying her snack in between photos. It made me so happy to see them happy. I know I say it often, but I was truly honored to have taken these photos for them. Being able to capture the love between them and their daughter made my day. AND Aurora is beyond adorable, she couldn’t have been born to better parents.
Thank you for allowing me to get a glimpse into your life, Mari and Brian. I can’t wait to see your beautiful baby girl grow up to be a wonderful woman!
