For Laura and Kyle, it was the quintessential space for their Portland, Oregon wedding. From the exquisite ballroom to the romantic fireside room, the hotel offered a variety of options that made their wedding unique to them.

I know what you’re thinking: “another hotel wedding? They’re all the same.” Yes, they are in the same space, but I always say, not one wedding is the same as another. The Sentinel Hotel offers multiple rooms to choose from. From the romantic Renaissance room to the distinguished Library, you can customize your wedding that is distinctive to you. For Laura and Kyle, they chose the Governor Ballroom and the Billard Room for their wedding at Sentinel Hotel.
Proximity and convience to everything!
One of the biggest advantages of a hotel wedding is convenience. Hotel weddings are often held in one central location, meaning that your photographer will be able to easily move around the venue with little disruption. This makes it much easier to capture the perfect shot, without having to worry about transportation or timing. Laura and Kyle timeline consisted of, getting ready in one of Sentinel Terrace room, a ceremony at St. Mary Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, just a 5-minute drive from the hotel, and then back to Sentinel for their grand reception.
Sentinel Hotel offered beautiful, well-maintained rooms, with plenty of natural light and a variety of backgrounds and settings. This made my photographer’s heart so happy. It was easy for me to find the perfect lighting and settings for every shot.
