A chic Monet Vineyard engagement session in Washington, just outside of Portland, Oregon with a special 1952 MGTD replica as the gateway car. Michelle came to me with an idea for her engagement session. She wanted a touch of retro, chic, and romance. I knew immediately this engagement session is going to be fun. My excitement only grew when the bride-to-be showed up with two dresses, a cathedral veil, and a custom bridal bouquet.
Don’t be afraid of adding chic details.
Wondering how to make the best of your engagement session? Ask your wedding vendors. Michelle connected with her wedding vendors in the Portland, Oregon and collaborated with them to help her achieve her dream engagement session. From hair and makeup from Anny Chow Bridal, florals from Linens and Fluers , and custom classic MGTD from The White Wedding Car, their chic Monet Vineyard engagement session was a success.
Carve out time for your engagement session.
One aspect that Michelle and I discuss was making sure there was enough time. Her chic engagement session required at least 2 hours for photography and 2 hours for hair and makeup. Let’s not forget travel time and unexpected delays. My recommendation is to always carve out extra time, and if possible, make a whole day out of it. Enjoy being pampered prior to the engagement session, and then go on a date afterward. Best idea ever, trust me!
